Disclaimer & Release of Liability
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH I FOR ITALIA

1. Role of the Company
I For Italia ("Company") acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, guides, activity operators, and restaurants (collectively, "Suppliers"). The Company does not own, operate, or control these Suppliers.
2. Third-Party Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, delays, cancellations, or any other loss or inconvenience arising from services provided by Suppliers.
3. Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation accidents, weather conditions, physical activities, and unforeseen events. By participating in any services arranged by the Company, the Client voluntarily assumes all such risks.
4. Release and Waiver of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client releases, waives, and discharges the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to:

acts or omissions of Suppliers

personal injury, illness, or death
-
loss or damage to personal property
-
delays, disruptions, or changes in itinerary
5. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
6. Travel Documents & Compliance
Client is responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, health documentation, and compliance with all entry requirements. The Company shall not be liable for denied boarding or entry.
7. Travel Insurance
The Client is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and personal liability. The Company assumes no responsibility for uninsured losses.
8. Changes & Cancellations
All services are subject to change due to operational, safety, or external factors. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives but shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Company for the services in question.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer & Release of Liability.
EVERY FAMILY OR PARTY MEMBER 18 AND OVER MUST SIGN.

If you decline, we will ask you to sign a form stating that you choose not to buy insurance or that you have your own trip cancellation and travel accident insurance.
