We always attempt to avoid changes and cancellations, however, we must reserve the right to do so. We will only cancel a confirmed booking after the balance due date where if you have not complied with the booking conditions (such as paying in full prior to the deadline) or as a result of “force majeure” as defined in our booking terms and conditions. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason. In the event of a change or cancellation caused by a force majeure event, we will be unable to offer a cash refund but will offer the option to postpone or provide a travel credit.
