In addition, Escorted tours will have an I for Italia staff member accompany the tour.
I for Italia offers a variety of unique and custom itineraries. Each program, property, or excursion has a unique set of booking and payment conditions and requirements. These requirements will be provided in writing through each proposal, and invoice. Most frequently we require a 30% non-refundable deposit on the total cost of your trip, with final payment 75 days prior to departure.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of supplier, accommodation, or service within the proposed itinerary. Like pricing, cancellation policies will be clearly stated on each travel itinerary and invoice. Generally, our programs entail a non refundable 30% deposit until 75 days prior to departure, 70% of tour price between 74 and 30 days prior to departure while cancellation within 29 days prior to departure is 100% non refundable.

• From 29 days prior to departure to the date of departure, or failing to arrive at the point of departure of the Tour: 100% of the tour price.
Changes to Itinerary By Client
At I For Italia we aim to be flexible and do our best to make any changes to the arrangements you request once they have commenced. However, we cannot guarantee this will be possible at all times. In cases like this with amendments being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be applied for the services booked, and the cost of booking the updated services. As a policy, no refunds will be paid to clients who do not complete a trip. If you have booked travel insurance that includes trip cancellation or interruption, you may be able to make a claim with the provider for reimbursement.
Changes to Itinerary By I For Italia
Sometimes, we are forced to make changes to itineraries, hotels and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We always attempt to avoid changes and cancellations, however, we must reserve the right to do so. We will only cancel a confirmed booking after the balance due date where if you have not complied with the booking conditions (such as paying in full prior to the deadline) or as a result of “force majeure” as defined in our booking terms and conditions. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason. In the event of a change or cancellation caused by a force majeure event, we will be unable to offer a cash refund but will offer the option to postpone or provide a travel credit.
Claims and Refunds
I for Italia does not provide refunds for any missed services, except in extenuating circumstances with documentation. For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the finish of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved. Adjustments or reimbursements will not be made for unused sightseeing trips, meals, accommodation, or excursions. I for Italia will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
